Loyola College believes in the holistic development of a student, and to facilitate the same various student services are offered by the college.
The college has provided the students with the canteen facility. Therefore, the students are requested to have their lunch in the canteen and not in the classrooms.
The group discussion and other study related activities can also be conducted in the canteen due to the free accessibility of the space and other relaxing facilities.
Class Teachers & Student welfare officer (SWO):
Every class has a class teacher. The class teacher will review the academic performance of the students and monitor their attendance. The student welfare officer will monitor the performance of the students along with the class guide, inform it to the Principal, and take suitable steps to ensure the growth of the child.
Photocopy:
The college provides photocopy facility at the office and the library at a nominal rate.
Prayer Room:
The college has a well-furnished and well-furbished prayer room. It is a place where a student can find peace, solace and be in touch with their God. The students are welcomed to conduct prayer services and arrange inter religious harmony meetings in the prayer hall.
Management /Government Scholarship:
The management over all encourages government scholarships which can be used as a means to pay the fees of the students. Students who come from very poor economic background may apply for Mid Day Meal Scheme.
Grievance Cell:
The college has a grievance cell, which accepts complaints from students and staff. The complaints are accepted only when given in writing. The names of the members are mentioned in the college calendar.
Women grievance cell:
The college has a special grievance cell to take care of the girl child
Life enhancement skills and courses:
For the academic growth of the students the college has taken special efforts to organize special skill development courses for the students. These skills are helpful to obtain jobs for the students when they graduate from the college.
These courses are specially organized through the help of the recognized institutions and industries.
Counselling Facility:
The college is equipped with counselling rooms. The students who want to get professional help in dealing with their life can approach the Principal /HOD or the Counsellor themselves and take an appointment.

The students are to apply to the courses with the nominal charges to obtain the certificate from the recognized institutions.
